Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E220s is a 12-inch ultraportable notebook targeted at professionals. It is not yet commercially available, but Lenovo has today published a video of one of the first dell'unboxing.
We've got to admire the Lenovo Thinkpad E220S Edge live at CES 2011. This is a notebook aimed at a professional target but with a more attractive design of the common models of the Thinkpad.
Edge E220S fact has a thin frame, black matte finish and chrome details, the 12.5-inch form factor, which is unusual but a great compromise between portability and ease of use.
In the video above you can see the unboxing made directly to Lenovo by bloggers, together with a quick overview of the interfaces and features of the machine. Currently, the Lenovo ThinkPad Edge E220S is not yet on the online shop, Lenovo U.S., then the video may suggest an imminent launch.
According to Liliputing, the Thinkpad E220S Edge will be distributed from 8 April 2011 with a base price of $ 899, which includes an Intel Core (i3 or i5 depending on configuration), a webcam to 720p, a speaker system compatible with Dolby Audio Experience and the usual attention to detail typical of the brand Thinkpad laptops. Stay tuned for more details.
